Climb Up a Great Wall

IMG_7162This Wednesday we deviated a bit from our normal ‘stay cool in the morning, watching movies and spending the afternoon at the lake’ and instead went rock climbing! My HD actually surprised us with taking a day off and we met up with another dad and his three kids and….climbed rocks.

Europe: The Reaction .Gif Edition

So I did a thing. Your regularly scheduled program (or not so regularly scheduled program, however you want to describe this programming) has been interrupted and is instead replaced with reaction .gifs! Originally this was going to be cut into two parts, one part specifically dealing with French reactions and the other general European reactions, but then it all got super mixed in together and so I just Kanye shrugged and let it. I’ll still probably do a follow up to this because reactions to a lot of stuff I say/do/see/etc is quite gif-reaction-able and that should be shared because funny things should always be shared.

Sigh, a forever losing battle.  Continue reading

So after my trip to Annecy last week, I stopped in Sallanches on my way back to the mountains. Mostly because my bag was quite literally becoming threadbare and I decided I’d see if I could find a new one, but also because as much as I was tired, I didn’t want to head back quite so soon. So I stopped at this bar. * Continue reading
