Hear: Skype sessions with my family and my friend Sarah.
Taste: The above noodle salad. Twice in the last week.
Touch: Books and books and more books. Volunteering at a second hand book shop.
See: Marathoning Murder, She Wrote
Smell: Flowers picked on our way home from the pool.
Hi! I’m visiting from the link-up! That pasta salad looks like the perfect lunch! And thinking of Murder, She Wrote reminds me of the marathons I used to watch at my grandparents’ house growing up. Great memories! Have a fantastic weekend!
Thanks for the lovely comment! I might have to put together a post for the pasta salad because it was delicious. (Not to brag or anything :p) That’s exactly the same thought I had! I’d watch it with my Grandma during the summer and have very fond memories of that. Hope you have a great weekend as well. 🙂
Hi, I’m visiting from the Daily Diaries link-up 🙂
This format for writing the week’s good things is awesome. It’s simple but at the same way it let us know all the necessary information.
Glad to read you had a nice week. Hope the next one will be as good as this one 😀
Greetings ♥.
Thanks for stopping by and commenting, Cori! I tend to find that, by the end of the week, even if I’ve schedule that specific week’s posts, I’ve been working on other things that, by Friday, I just want to keep things simple. Again, thanks for stopping by and hope you had a good weekend. 🙂
I like the way you format your weekly post – with the “see, hear, taste, feel, smell” – it’s a creative way of doing it, very simple and direct. 🙂
Like I mentioned above to Cori, by the time Friday comes around, I really don’t have the energy for much longer posts. So I cheat a little bit with these 😉 I used to do much more elaborate ones earlier on but found I dreaded putting them together so I tweaked it to this format. 🙂 I’m glad you liked it and thanks for stopping by!
Glad you enjoy the Skype sessions…so we do:-)
